NCS collects information submitted through booking, quotation, email, telephone and WhatsApp channels to respond to service requests, prepare quotations, schedule work, provide support and maintain necessary business records. Information is not sold to advertisers.

Online estimates are indicative. A booking becomes confirmed only after NCS verifies the scope, schedule, price, site access and any advance-payment requirement. Customers should disclose known site risks and provide safe access to the work area.

Please request cancellation or rescheduling as early as possible. Refund eligibility may depend on team deployment, transport, purchased materials, completed inspection and work already performed. Confirmed project-specific terms take priority.

Service scope, equipment, chemicals, manpower, working hours and completion standards are agreed before deployment. Customers should secure valuables and fragile items unless handling them is specifically included in the confirmed scope.
