Please request cancellation or rescheduling as early as possible. Refund eligibility may depend on team deployment, transport, purchased materials, completed inspection and work already performed. Confirmed project-specific terms take priority.

Service scope, equipment, chemicals, manpower, working hours and completion standards are agreed before deployment. Customers should secure valuables and fragile items unless handling them is specifically included in the confirmed scope.
